Thank you for choosing to attend our events. We are excited to offer you an experience that we hope will be memorable and enjoyable. To ensure a smooth process for all attendees, please review our ticketing and returns policy below:


Ticket Purchases: Tickets must be purchased through our official channels. Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s). Please review your ticket details carefully and keep this information for your records.

No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, there are no refunds for any reason except as required by applicable law or as specifically provided in this policy.


Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled, we will issue a full refund of the ticket price you paid, including any service fees. Notification of cancellation and information about refunds will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.


Automatic Refunds: In the event of a cancellation, there is no need to request a refund. Refunds will be automatically processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 7- 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times can vary.


Event Postponement or Changes: Should the event be postponed or significant changes occur, ticket holders will be informed of their options, which may include retaining the ticket for a new date or receiving a refund if unable to attend.


Non-Attendance: Failure to attend the event for any reason, including illness, travel issues, or other personal reasons, does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.


Transferability: Tickets are transferable unless otherwise stated. If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket, please email us at with the transfer details. We will update our records and, if requested, issue an updated ticket to the new owner. Please include the following information for the transfer:


  1. Original ticket holder's full name and email address

  2. Order number or ticket reference number

  3. New ticket holder's full name and email address


Ticket Holder Identification: The name and email address on the ticket should match the attendee. While purchasers can buy multiple tickets, we reserve the right to check IDs at the event to verify ticket holder identity.
